Happy Wells - Owner, President and Director of Operations
Happy has been in aviation for over 40 years, and has owned or operated aircraft under
FAR 135 for more than 25 years. Happy serves as Captain and Check Airman for Private Jets in addition to his administrative duties.
He is responsible for the growth of Private Jets from a small operator of piston aircraft to what it is today: A complex jet charter organization
with multiple bases that employs over 25 people. Happy’s email is

Eric Wells - Owner, Vice President and Chief Pilot
Eric, who is a Captain and Check Airman, has over 15 years of FAR 135 experience that
started with an SIC qualification in a Learjet in 1994, while he was still in High School. Eric has met each aviation milestone at the minimum age
requirement set forth by the FAA, receiving his ATP certificate on his 23rd birthday. His flight experience and qualifications for PIC 135 operations
have included all Learjet series, all Hawker series, all Citation series, Sabreliner 65 & 80, Challenger 300, Pilatus PC-12, Cessna 300 & 400 series,
Cheyenne series, and King Air 90 and 200 series. Eric has also been PIC qualified on the BAC 1-11 for 125 operations.
Eric’s 135 administrative experiences include all components of regulatory compliance, ranging from development of operations manuals, programs, MEL’s, and operations specifications to training, checking and maintenance
of required compliance documents for the FAA, DOT, TSA, and CBP. He currently is a member of NBAA’s Domestic Operations Committee.
Eric was lead on the certification of a new part 125 operating certificate that operated two BAC 1-11’s, and was instrumental in receiving the operating certificate.

Chuck Hyde - Director Of Maintenance
Chuck has served as Director of Maintenance for Private Jets for nearly 7 years.
His experience ranges from single engine aircraft to transport category airliners. Chuck has excellent troubleshooting and maintenance skills,
but his real talent lies in regulatory compliance and maintenance documentation. Each aircraft that Private Jets operates undergoes a complete
audit of records from day 1, and is continuously monitored and updated during operations. Chuck takes pride in this task and is very proficient at all maintenance activities.
